We offer administration services for international companies and Monaco property owning companies, including accounting, co-ordination with banks, maintenance of statutory records and corporate resolutions and preparing regulatory filings.

Depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the company’s business, we can also arrange for the provision of directors.
